DOGS
- Your dog needs an up-to-date vaccination record including protection against infectious bronchitis (kennel cough)
CATS
- Your cat needs an up-to-date vaccination record including protection against feline enteritis and cat flu.

- We need to hold this record while your pet is staying with us.
- Please advise us of any special diet or medical conditions and provide written instructions for medication.
- Provide us with a telephone number where someone can be contacted while you are away.
- Your pet will quickly get used to our routine but a familiar toy or piece of bedding may provide extra reassurance.
